Our Cambodia team will be online again soon to share recent news and upcoming plans. They say:
It’s been some time since our last Zoom catch-up, and we’re excited to invite you to our next team update on Thursday, September 17, at 12:00 noon Cambodia time.
As you can see from the photo, even though the official team is three Filippinas, they are building quite a fabulous community of volunteers on the ground in Phnom Penh.
One big issue lately is reports of possible demolitions in the communities (Eunice and Myra at Phum 1) where the team lives and serves, as part of ongoing road expansion and rapid urban development there. The uncertainty has created fear and anxiety for many families who may be affected.
